We're a product partner, not a dev shop — so we don't bill by the hour. Every engagement runs on one of three models: flat fee when you want to own it outright, fee + equity when we're sharing the risk, or a full co-build when we're building the venture together. Pick the tier that matches the work; pick the model that matches the alignment.

Three Ways To Pay
The same service can be structured three ways. The more skin ASG has in the outcome, the less cash changes hands up front.
Model 01 · Lowest risk to you
💵Flat Fee

Fixed scope, fixed price, you own 100% of the output and IP. Paid in milestones (typically 50% to start, 50% on delivery). No equity, no strings.

Best when: the idea is validated, you're funded or cash-flowing, and you want speed and clean ownership.
Model 02 · Shared risk
🤝Fee + Equity

A reduced cash fee (typically 40–70% of the flat rate) plus a meaningful equity stake. We take a real position in the upside and stay invested in the outcome.

Best when: you're early, capital-efficient, and want a partner whose incentives are tied to yours — not just a vendor.
Model 03 · Fully aligned
🚀Co-Build / Rev-Share

Little to no cash. ASG brings product, design, and engineering as a founding-level partner in exchange for equity (typically 15–40%) or a revenue share. We build and help operate.

Best when: the vision, market, and team alignment are exceptional and we'd want to build it ourselves.

All figures below are starting ranges for scoping conversations. Final pricing depends on complexity, timeline, and which model we choose together. Every fee tier can flex toward equity, and every equity deal can flex toward cash.
